    Food: 4/5
    Atmosphere: 5/5
    Service: 3/5

Like any other brunch place in TO, expect a bit of a wait here. I went on a Sunday afternoon and waited about 30 minutes. We were seated upstairs and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and bright it was inside because we had to wait on the stairwell where I couldn't see anything. The service was moderately friendly (we had one nice server and another one who gave us some attitude for taking our time after we finished eating despite there being no wait anymore).

The food itself was very well-presented and tasted really great. I ordered a deconstructed BLT with avocado (I think it was about $22 or so). It came with a small house salad and home fries. They didn't overdo it with the home fries like a lot of other brunch places do and I was left satisfied without feeling overly greasy. I also ordered an iced latte which tasted amazing but sadly it was also the tiniest little cup of latte I've ever had (for $6). My friends ordered a mix of things and all enjoyed their food. I would definitely come back again when I'm not too lazy to make the trek to the area.

Came early afternoon on a Monday morning and wahlaa, no wait! Was greeted by the nicest hostess and shown to a table for two on the first floor. The interior is small, but the light wood paneling and ample amount of natural light make Lady Marmalade feel much bigger! I really enjoyed their ambiance.

Our waitress was super nice, and kept my coffee cup filled, which I appreciated. Their menu includes both breakfast and lunch options, and I decided to go the breakfast route. I took the Huevos Migas, which is kinda like breakfast nachos. The flavorful sausage, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, perfectly cooked rice, rich black beans, and their homemade hot sauce made for a delicious combination! Seriously, their hot sauce was amazing! The portion was large, but I didn't have any issues eating the entire thing. Lady Marmalade made for the perfect intimate space to grab a delicious bite to eat! I will most definitely come back when I return to Toronto.

Brunch in Toronto and long ass lines. Name a better duo.

Friends of my wife and I said it was the "best brunch in the city" and wanted to take us. On a Sunday morning. Yeah.

I usually avoid Sunday morning brunches like the plague because I'm adverse to waiting, and sure enough, our wait was almost an hour and 15 mins in freezing temperatures at about 11 am.

Their waiting system could be a bit more sophisticated (i.e. name down and a phone call with a 5 minute timer to get back to the restaurant), but us and the other group of about 30-40 people waited outside in the cold and then squished up the narrow staircase to the main dining area for a table. This is the only reason I'm docking a star, so if you don't care about that or think it unreasonable as brunch waits are common, then consider this a 5 star review.

The waitress in the lower dining area, Maya, was a gem. So personable and nice. She was really good with our friends' kid, also named Maya, and her service was excellent. Super fun lady.

The food itself was so good. I had the pulled pork eggs Benny with double home fries (subbed more home fries for the salad because c'mon). I'm not usually a fan of citrus, but they had citrus sauteed onions on the Benny that complimented the pulled pork perfectly, which itself was flavoured with what tasted like a mild Mexican curry. It just worked all together beautifully. The home fries were standard home fries. I should've asked them to be well done as I like a little crisp, but they were tasty and potatoey.

We also got the bread pudding for the table. They do different kinds based on the day I believe, and we got vanilla birthday cake. It came with maple syrup and was friggin' delightful. I would advise getting this to share. It's a large portion and it's basically like eating dessert as a meal if you get just that. Super sweet, but super yummy.

I'll definitely come back. Probably on a day off or a non-peak time. I can see why people would say it's the best brunch in the city though.

I could have easily given it a 7 star!!! There is always a line-up for this place but can honestly say it was worth it!!! Even before we were seated the staff was so nice an amazing! All the way to the end, we got 5 star service! The food was amazing. Most of our table polished off their plates and then ended up sharing the last piece of banana bread pudding the restaurant had. The meals were well prepared, all fresh products and quick service to the table. We did not wait super long for food even though the restaurant was super busy. I would definitely make this my go to place... even their regular coffee was good. The place was nice and clean, not cluttered with decorations and well set up to accommodate the customers. I LOVED this place!!!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful, lush, sun-filled spot. Everyone that works there is so lovely. And the food?!?!? So delicious! I was in town visiting my boyfriend & decided to check it out. We loved it so much that we came back the very next day & ordered the  exact same thing! I had the Eggs Benedict with Spinach & he had the "Huevos Migas" (3 scrambled eggs with sausage, cheese, pico de gallo, brown rice, black beans, sour cream & organic corn chips). We also split the "Buttermilk Sweet Waffle" whose fruit compote topping changes weekly (ours was pear). The coffee was fantastic and I also had an amazing green juice. My only regret is that I didn't get a T-shirt. Absolutely LOVE this spot & will definitely be back next time im in Toronto!
